Bask & Fetch proudly offers exclusive distribution across Australia and the UK, but we also ship worldwide!

When will I receive my order?

When does my order apply for free shipping?
Orders above £40 or AU$80 will apply for free shipping!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders over £40 is always free. If your order doesn't qualify for free delivery then we charge £8 for UK or AU$15 Australia.

What happens if my product gets lost in transit?
If your product happens to get lost during transit, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@baskandfetch.com. Rest assured, we are committed to promptly addressing the situation and ensuring a swift resolution for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during shipping!
Will I have to pay import duties?
For deliveries outside of the EU, Bask & Fetch does not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if I received a defective product?
We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or if by any chance you receive an incorrect item, please contact us. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority and we’re happy to give you the best possible solution.

What if I want to return my order?
We offer a 30 day return policy, if you're within that time frame please reach out to customer care to initiate a return via returns@baskandfetch.com
What kind of warranty does Bask & Fetch offer?
You have the right to return any product purchased from Bask & Fetch within 30 days of the delivery date. Even if you have used them! The product does need to be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
